I've seen that pretty girls are in all of the chapters. Aphi def has gotten more the last recruitment and its known Aoii has some pretty brown girls as well. But I don't get with bottom tier chapters is why the pretty girls never come out but there mediocre girls do? Don't the bottom tier chapters know they could improve their social ranks and relations if the prettier ones didn't hide?
