You can still fill out the profile and include an explanation about your GPA. Recognize that in the future, your GPA will matter if you're in a sorority, since it is a relatively good indicator of your academic abilities (not the only one, of course). We're all humans - it happens. Talk to Panhellenic about it before recruitment if you have questions but it's not something to mention to each chapter.
