numbers, we only have certain amount of spots, nothing personal grades aren't high enough didn't have strong conversations, personality was lacking, hard to talk to, etc lack of leadership experience in whatever capacity lack of extra curriculars in general didnt dress the part (not as important) but it's like a job interview, you gotta present yourself nicely just be very charismatic and engaging in the convo, know your strengths and research the chapters you wanna join, you'll be fine
