Person is kinda right. Panhel is just fixated with increasing numbers they don't even pay attention to quality of girls or at least girls who speak English. How are they even going to connect to anyone in Greek life, which at it's core is a social community of people who are go getters and are leaders. Have some freaking standards. Less total is better
