Nobody except for the victim and chapter officials involved have accurate information regarding court proceedings related to this situation yet. you all need to stop arguing on whether or not its true that it went to court. it just happeend? like JUST HAPPENED? legal proceedings take time. If the girl or fraternities went to the RCMP this would not be recorded on JusticeBC as of yet while investigations have just begun, reports may or may not have been laid out but of course it wouldnt have gone to court yet as no charges could realistically be laid yet. NONE OF YOU understand the legal system it seems. I recommend you all use your brain. That being said, the comments trying to say the fiji case is a lie is blatant stupidity, this is a real case that takes a simple google search.
