Is Gphi still top tier from a non-historical perspective? Looks wise there is zero difference today between Gphi and Agd/Theta except for a few pc17/18 alums who are still around the frats. They did terrible in recruitment for the fourth year in a row. What are the actual new rankings without historical bias?
