As an older member, toxicity was WAYY worse a couple years ago. Literally the entire Greekrank homepage was filled with personal callouts. People would be ranking the pledge classes within seconds of the photos being posted, literally calling out "unattractive" new mems by name. Some of the older pcs, especially '17 and some of '18/'19 were notoriously some of the most cruel, rude bullies ever. Toxicity wise its gotten better. People are happier in their chapters now than when I first joined.
