Lol this isn't true at all. "Tiers" play no difference in dues at all. Stop thinking that being in a top 4 chapter makes you better or more special than others. Last I heard, the most expensive dues were AGD. Guys its not 2016 anymore. "Tiers" are barely a thing now since there isn't much competition in recruitment anymore. Girls who end up in non-top 4 chapters do so because they wanted to be there, not because they got cut by top chapters.
