From a guys perspective: if a girl was committed to being FWB with me for an extended period of time like 6+ months then I would consider upgrading her to GF. I think thats what you should do. Be FWB with him and do his laundry and clean his room for a while and you will have a decent chance of being upgraded to his GF.
