Jump from House to house during rush events and ask them if the frat gave them leadership opportunities. You'll find that plenty of opportunities are available when you join a frat (the Ubyssey board of directors is full of frat/srat people, some of the frats organise large fundraisers, some have alumni that can act as great mentors, etc....) I know Fiji, Ksig, Alpha Delt and Sig are having events this week for rush. Of course, a lot of opportunities are also available outside of the Greek system.
