I’d say Sig/phi delt/beta Dke/Alpha delt/Ksig Psi u Aepi Zeta Leaving out FIJI because what has been going on in their chapter. This is personally how I see it right now. Beta has been getting a lot better this past year and ksig has majorly improved as well. Ksig is definitely getting a lot more popular (had 2 very solid recruitments) and are getting well known in the community. For that reason they’ve moved up a tier. I don’t think alpha delt has fallen as much as people make it seem - they still have a few really great pc16/17 guys left. Unfortunately once those guys are gone I see them sinking below Ksig and the other middle houses unless they have a solid recruitment again. Dke is in an iffy spot right now over their recent scandals which will definitely hurt them even more in the near future.
