I’ve seen people ask this before a while ago but no one had an actual answer. How is online recruitment going to work? Would it be group interview style (girls in small groups answering questions in order asked by a member), one on one conversations (what if that member and the girl just don’t get along), etc. Since the first stage of recruitment is so fast how do we figure out which ones we want to learn more about, if we’re answering questions in an order it seems like the answers wouldn’t be genuine but each girl just trying to have a better answer than the last.
