I feel like it’s a combination of involvement, frat relations, looks, time as a chapter at ubc, and sort of other traits like outgoingness, interests from high school before recruitment, and classiness. But honestly it’s such a silly thing and that’s not to say that classy friendly smart hot girls aren’t in lower tier sororities, because people just feel at home in their chapter.
