I think op is talking about retention for the upcoming year i.e. who is dropping this summer and won’t be active in the fall I know my sorority is probably having at least twice as many girls drop out this year than usual which sucks. Our meeting attendance was pretty low this year too. I hope the greek system doesn’t end
