I’m sure some sororities have a variety of criteria when it comes to picking girls to recruit but by the looks of it, it seems like the most popular srats are the least diverse. And if they are, they maybe have that one trophy black or brown girl to make it look like they’re not discriminatory. Those popular srats (and they know who they are) are looking very white washed and all I gotta say is I smell a lack of cultural competence for improving inclusivity efforts. Maybe this next recruitment y’all can improve on that because judging by all these posts, seems like their only image is defined by being the hottest which is a shame because srats already get a bad rep for being superficial and and institutionally white so there’s defs room for improvement.
