This would have most likely been due to not having mutual selection. Each chapter has a number that they need to invite back to the next round and the people who will preferentially get invited back are people who selected that chapter high, and that chapter also really wanted them to come back. The connection needs to be mutual between the person going through recruitment and the chapter. Sometimes what happens is there may be great personal connection between a recruiter and a pnm but the recruiter needs to keep in mind how well someone will fit into their chapter as a whole. I'm wondering because you said that the chapters you felt a connection with didn't invite you back, does that mean you were invited back to some chapters? If you were invited back to some chapters did you give them a chance, or pull yourself from recruitment?
