Also each time a new exec starts for the year they talk about their goals, what kind of members they want to recruit, what things the chapter needs to work on and try to shape their marketing towards that. and right now it's finals/not recruitment season as well as new execs transitioning in so most sororities are not going to have IG as a priority rn. Traditionally when a sorority has had a fire insta/social media presence done they've had a girl(s) that are really talented with photography, videography, design, social media management etc which doesn't always happen so you'll see chapters (and the UBC Sororities IG) really fluctuate in terms of quality depending on the year
