The person typically posting is one member in a more junior role (director or chairwoman) who "reports" to the VP Marketing or Public Relations in that chapter, and the VP will have a lot of say in what gets posted, the style, colours etc. And then there is usually an alumni advisor for marketing or pr as well, and each chapter's international will also sometimes give feedback at annual exec conferences. And each chapter will try and match it with their target member and vibe they are going with for the year None of that is to say it is always done perfectly for each chapter as everyone is volunteering their time and sometimes it can be really hard to get good photos from members of your chapter (people take blurrier phone photos rather than high quality ones) or it ends up being a lot of the same girls because they're the ones that show up to all of the chapter events. But it does usually help to have someone in the role that is in media studies or marketing as part of their degree and some experience with it
