I think she’s just trying to justify her targeting of fraternities by claiming she doesn’t like them using the excuse they’re “exclusionary” to other genders when really she doesn’t like that they have loud parties near her house. So she’s dragging sororities into it too saying it’s a gender thing to make it seem like she less self-interested reasons than her own personal vendetta
