The best advice I can think of is to start small. When you think about trying to improve the sisterhood of 100+ girls on your own, it can seem really daunting. Start by reaching out to a couple of girls that you're already friendly with but maybe haven't hung out with much. Now that it's summer, there's lots of time to grab drinks/coffee/smoothies and get to know them better and build up better relationships with them. That can blossom into something more, because then maybe the next thing that happens is doing something as a group. Think about reaching out to whoever is the sisterhood chair for your chapter and say "hey, I was thinking we could try to plan a casual beach day for whoever is in Van for the summer, what do you think?" Chances are she'll be down to post about it in your chapter's FB group and make it happen. Another really good way to build stronger sisterhood right now is to have a weekly event that you go to in the summer like a trivia night as a group or weekly brunch. This keeps it casual - it's an open invitation, so whoever is free and in the city can go, and that can vary from week to week. Also - don't underestimate the power of having people over if you're able to! Having some girls over for dinner is a really nice way to get to know them better. :) I hope this is helpful - and if there are gaps you feel could be better in your chapter, then think about applying to be your chapter's next sisterhood director or chair!
