It's not specifically if you're blonde, it's about if you're pretty. You could be blonde but super unattractive. So seriously, don't go dye your hair blonde thinking it'll get you a bid to a sorority because it literally won't make a difference and there are zero UBC sororities that are predominantly blonde. There is a very diverse mix in every chapter. If you're really pretty, you will for the most part do better in recruitment, but obviously it also depends on your personality. If you're pretty but really rude or boring to talk to in recruitment, you'll get cut from most decent chapters. Another really big thing is just looking really polished. If you go in with a cute outfit, your hair and nails and makeup done nicely, and you're confident and fun to talk to, you'll do well in recruitment.
