Being a "good sorority" that is definable as top tier is being the WHOLE package. That means you are smart, involved,talented, sociable and pretty. If you're super super smart and involved but don't have very strong social skills you're not going to be top tier. Period stop. Just like in a relationship, it's nice if you meet a guy that is very intelligent and is involved on campus, but if he looks like the back end of a horse you're not going to date him... Welcome to the real world ladies, being sociable is a trait that some people have and some people don't. Same thing goes to being intelligent, pretty and involved in extracurriculars. Just because you don't think it's fair that there are girls in the top three who have all four of these desirable characteristics doesn't mean you have a justification to attack them. It just means they have better genetics.
