Okay just a theory but: were there just less girls going through recruitment? I remember hearing Panhel was having trouble meeting their target numbers for recruitment registration this year, are sororities just not appealing to as many girls? BC tbh NO ONE had an "outstanding" pledge class this year like, say, DG in 2015 or ADPi in 2016 - the days of all blonde white girls are gone for basically any chapter (not saying that constitutes hotness just saying that's what people were calling hot at that point)
