1) Some houses decide to open doors to help with overflow from other parties to keep the Village tame and have fun. Houses are not obligated to open their doors every night of the week, it’s up to them really. The only technically dry house is Phi Delta Theta, but they party just the same as everyone else so it’s not really an issue. 2) No. 3) Some friendly rivalries with sports and all, otherwise most houses have generally good relations with the others.
