I was an RC too and it's not spreading false info to say that a huge chunk of the girls in Theta were cut from all the other sororities. Yeah maybe a few cross rushed higher tiers but that was really rare (and there's always a few random girls that that happens to). Majority where AOII/Theta cross rushes and a lot only got invited back to Theta. This is what happens when you take in really subpar/bottom tier girls during spring recruitment, it degrades the whole chapter and then you get a bad rep which feeds into itself during fall recruitment. And it doesn't help that they keep getting cancelled on for fraternity exchanges either.
