Most sororities and frats do one major philanthropy every year and most have it in the spring with the exception of Gamma Phi and Theta (and Sig when they used to do Derby Days) so judging best Philanthropy based on the main one is totally fair and Diamond Ball does have the highest turnout and money raised of any Phil with the exception of DKE's
