I'd say Kappa ADPi Gamma Phi DG APhi AGD Theta/AOII Gamma phi had a bad pledge class which brings them down. Adpi and gphi have better looks/frat relations than dg. Theta had the worst pledge class putting them at the same level as aopi. Aphi is the same as usual, right in the middle.
