Alpha delt used to have some cool brown guys a couple years years ago but they're all gone now besides balraj and the halfie new member. Ksig recruits a ton of international guys (primarily brown) every year because of their quota mandates. But if you're asking about Canadian brown guys then I'd say sig. and Fiji's pledge class also has a lot. Don't plan on joining a frat based on race though.
