Well this is a tough one -- on one hand, some men on campus actually grew up wearing khakis and boat shoes, etc. It's not just a product of southern fraternities. It's also just one of more privileged families, traditional families, etc. On the other hand, we all know exactly who you are talking about and, yes, it's utterly ridiculous and extremely obvious that they're just try-hards. But country music rocks.
