lol tiers =/= money from internationals, the only sorority who couldn't afford it, like ? said, is agd also the reason why every sorority has to be able to afford a house for any to get it is for when it comes to recruitment. if some sororities had houses and others didn't, it's seen as an "advantage" to the ones who do, esp. if say agd was the only one who didn't have a house while all the others did, it could affect pnm decisions, so that's where the disadvantage supposedly comes in.
