I don't really think the actual age matters. A big part of why having a big is so great is that you have someone who has done all the university stuff before you. Because this person is starting in first year, that perspective is still super valid and helpful. 21 is not very old at all, there's girls in my chapter who are 24, just because they started college later in life. I don't think you need to be 18-20 to find this type of community valuable.
