I joined a supposedly "top tier" chapter and I've already had a crazy amount of meetings, girls have gotten really mad when I haven't been able to make it to everything (even though I had legit reasons like having a volunteer shift) and been so rude, and a couple of the girls in my pledge class are low key crazy. I feel really unhappy with my choice and don't know what to do. They were wayyy different in recruitment than they are in reality. I thought they were nice, I wasn't making a decision based on tiers or anything but I'm already finding it cliquey and everyone is so full of themselves.
