Not that it really matters but as someone in a supposedly "top tier" sorority we had more girls cross rushing with APhi than any of the lower tier chapters combined. We had very very few Thetas or AGDs and no AOIIs. So they are defs top of middle tier. At the end of the day though the people arguing about this are just upset about their own chapters and it literally does. Not. Matter.
