Obviously we're university students and most of us like to go out and have fun, but that's irrelevant during recruitment. We want to know about your passions and goals, your interests, whether you're a leader, whether you're a kind person, etc. Deeper stuff than "oh man I got so drunk at the frats last weekend" There is a limited time to talk during recruitment and if you're not getting a good impression across in a short time then that's not a good thing
