Agree with what someone else said, rankings don't matter :) You should go through recruitment and see who you vibe with! Both Theta and APhi are well liked and get along with pretty much everyone else in the Greek system, you will find awesome girls in both. The only difference I can think of is that Theta is a bit more strict on grades...their philanthropy events are both fun (as a girl in a diff sorority who has been to both) and as I also have friends in both they have pretty tight sisterhoods. This is NOT meant to say that "top tier" chapters don't also have those things (as someone who is supposedly in one of them :P)
