Kappa/ADPi - both are super competitive, but in different ways. Kappas are known for their looks and fraternity relations (which is good b/c they have good turnout for their philanthropy events), but have a rep for having a really catty sisterhood. ADPi's are known for their grades, amazing philanthropy, and involvement - again, not really known for their sisterhood GPhi - known for being very put together, feminine, and very polished - they won 'Best PR' at awards this year. Panhel pres AND VP is a GPhi, they've had girls really involved with the AMS/AUS DG - known for being social, bubbly, fun and going out to lots of fraternity events; not the smartest or most involved (they don't really have girls involved in leadership roles outside of their chapter) Theta/APhi - both known for being cute and down to earth. Theta is better for grades/academics (their pres won All-Greek woman of the year) while APhi is a bit more social/friendly (they won the Panhel Spirit award), but both have lots of pretty girls and are fun AGD - known for being very sporty and winning Greek events like Songfest. Not really cute/pretty and don't have good frat relations (except with Alpha Delt) but they recruit a certain type of girl that doesn't really care about that stuff AOII - known for being sweet but more quiet/shyer girls. Pretty much zero frat relations but they have awesome academics and are more focused on leadership and sisterhood
