There is a building called Panhellenic House right next to the fraternities that every sorority has a chapter room in on the ground floor. It's where meetings, recruitment, and lots of sisterhood events happen, and there are also all-female apartments upstairs where mainly sorority girls live. You aren't necessarily only living with girls in your sorority - lots of times girls from different chapters live together through random housing assignment, but there are definitely also girls that arrange to live with girls in their chapter too. As far as sororities not having their own houses - the brothel rule, as well as not every sorority's international wanted to provide funding for one here at the time that some chapters wanted them built.
