Where are you getting your info from? Panhellenic open house already happened and it was AGD, AOII, and Theta. All you had to do was check social media to see that they were the ones doing open house. Gamma Phi CANNOT do COB this year as they're at total, so saying they're doing invite-only is false. DG, Kappa, ADPi and APhi are doing invite-only.
