You should email the VPR and she'll put you on the COB list. Chapters will contact you if they're interested in you/if they have enough room to add COB's. (Some chapters are full, I think ADPi, GPhi, APhi for sure and I'm not sure about others). You can also get in touch with each sorority individually if there are particular ones you're interested in
