Most improved: Hands down APhi. They've gone up like crazy these last few years. They are actually quite hot now and are solid middle tier despite being very bottom a few years ago. ADPi was the most improved last year but their new PC defiantly doesn't justify that. Theta has also improved a bit. Least improved: Last year it would've been gamma phi - they live off a rep and their alums show up to every single event acting like they own the place. They've also been getting less and less hot every year. However, they did win some awards this year which was a huge shock and they consistently have high grades so the least improved now is differently DG. They also live off a rep and don't win any awards, nor sweethearts and have horrific grades, they're on the verge for bottom tier.
