Good list if we're talking about top/upper-middle houses. Nothing says there needs to be 7 top houses though. SAE gives a bid to any kid wearing a backwards hat and a short sleeve button up, and they don't have a pledgeship which instantly should be a red flag when it comes to the quality of the guys/brotherhood. Lambda and Pi Kapps don't even belong in the top overall house conversation, that should be clear to most. And whoever thinks a lengthy probation won't hurt Kappa Sig and move them down the list is delusional (cool guys, they're just gonna get screwed over by probo).
