bo obr is bullying PNM's, simply stating truths. The last several posts were spot on. Panhellenic makes the rules and the chapters are required to follow them. Plenty of girls make connections during parties. I am sorry you didn't, but it makes me think you didn't try either. Perhaps you as the PMM were being to judgey and superficial. As the prior posted stated, houses put in a lot of time and energy for recruitment. You will understand next year when you are in the other side.
