For all of you geniuses out there, how should the system change? Should we sit and chat for 3 hours with every single PNM? Should we not have ranking systems and just have girls that clearly do not fit in keep coming back every round just because they like our house? Should we accept every single girl that looks our way? Should recruitment be a semester long? Should we limit the number of girls who sign up? Should we do this in the spring semester? Should we do away with Gamma Chis and any and all order so girls can roam freely? We have to fit recruitment into 2 weekends for a reason because this all happens during the school year. Last year we did it in 3 weeks and it was disastrous. All of a sudden we were taking too much time from girls who wanted to put school first, which is completely understandable. Guess what. Sisters are students too! We already spend weeks before recruitment starts getting ready for you guys. If we just let every girl who was interested in coming some houses would have hundreds while others would only have dozens. Plus there is no way of making girls aware of houses that they would normally overlook. Seriously, if you have a good idea let's hear it.
