Uh...there are a lot of schools in the Sourh other than Alabama!! Absolutely, you are being judged! You are being judged on what you can bring to the chapter. Grades, leadership, campus involvement, compassion, volunteerism, social skills just to name a few. Sure appearance as well. When you wear our letters, you are a reflection of us. If you can't bother to wear your hair in a way that you don't have to worry about it, that's your problem. This is Indiana for goodness sakes, it humid! Don't come down on the Greek system because you might not be getting back the houses you thought you wanted. The system works! You will end up where you should be.
