And honey soooooooo much more goes into selection than "superficial things." We look at what you can do to help improve our chapter. It's like a job interview. We ask you about your interests, your philanthropic tendencies, your involvement, etc. because, believe it or not, most houses want more than just a pretty face. You can be the most beautiful girl in the world, but if you have no substance, you will probably have a short list each day. Please don't criticize a system that you know nothing about how it works.
