Trying to understand how it all works because my gamma chi was confused- If I go to 3 pref parties and list all 3 - what are the chances I still won't get a bid? Also if I list only 2/3 because I don't think I would be happy in #3 then is it correct that I am not eligible for snap bids? But if I know #3 is not for me -should I do this anyway?
