Is it code for making sure your chapter has easy access to the most attractive and well off freshmen? Formal recruitment can be beautiful for some and a nightmare for others for no apparent reason. Plenty of really good pnms Fall through the cracks during formal recruitment because so much is based on superficial things. Hope your hair wasn't frizzy today because of the humidity because you might get cut for having a horrid hair day :(
