Think of it like this. Would you rather have a situation like you currently do in the dorms where your roommate stumbles in at 2 am making as much noise as possible when you have to be up at 6 am because your beds are in the same place as your closet, desk, etc? Or would you rather sleep in a room that is only meant for sleep that is always dark and quiet? You can't write off cold air if you're never been in it. I've gotten some of the best, undisturbed sleep of my life in the 2 years that I've slept in cold air. Remember, you're joining a house because of sisterhood. You don't even know these girls yet. If you're already writing off chapters because of the house itself I'd start questioning your true intentions.
