When it comes to rankings on this discussion board, most of the time the social side of the house is all that is taken into account. For example, I've seen everyone put AZD ahead of Zeta recently (I don't but that's not my point), when zeta has the biggest philanthropy on the campus. Also, people rank lambda relatively high solely on their house being very social.
