God here, I came into this thread and was immensely disappointed by what I saw. And then this post graced my eyes. Whoever you are, you're doing my work for me (which is always something God can appreciate). This is about as accurate as it's going to get (the argument against Phi Delts and for Sigma Pi at the bottom of low-tier have been documented and discussed. Kind of irrelevant really.
